Shelly Bullock is the director of the human resources department for KraftCPAs and its affiliate companies. As such, her responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new staff, overseeing the employee performance evaluation process, ensuring overall employee satisfaction, and assisting with employee retention initiatives. She is also responsible for the maintenance, implementation, and review/updates of the firm’s employment policies and procedures.
In addition, Shelly provides recruiting services for several of the firm’s clients. She handles the advertising, recruiting, interview process, and background checks for a variety of positions, including controllers, staff and senior accountants, bookkeepers, and human resources personnel.
Shelly has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and has been with Kraft since 1999.
