Michael Parente is a supervisor in the KraftCPAs risk assurance and advisory services practice. He provides IT audits, SOC examinations, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing for clients in a variety of industries; internal audits for manufacturing, utility, and financial clients; and FFIEC IT audits for small and large financial institutions.
In addition to performing audit services, Michael has served as a consultant for utility, healthcare, government, and property management entities, where he worked with clients to complete a variety of special projects.
