Lynette Rueger is a senior manager in the tax services department of KraftCPAs. She is responsible for planning and executing engagements, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing and reviewing the work of other team members.
Lynette performs tax research, planning, consulting, and compliance services for nonprofit organizations, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. She also oversees client representation before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state and local authorities, particularly those involving inquiries, audits, and negotiations.
In addition to her client work, Lynette teaches continuing professional education (CPE) courses and outside seminars on multiple topics. She has also served on various firm committees to evaluate and establish technical and administrative firm policies.
Prior to joining Kraft in 1992, Lynette was a revenue agent at the IRS.

Jackie Free is a senior manager in the client accounting and advisory services (CAAS) group at KraftCPAs. She is responsible for coordinating and overseeing engagements, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing/reviewing the work of other team members. She also manages the daily operations of the firm’s office in Lebanon, Tenn.
Jackie performs tax return preparation, tax compliance consulting, compilations of financial statements, payroll report preparation, and other accounting duties. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she also provides QuickBooks file set-up and ongoing software training. Jackie has experience working with a variety of clients, including nonprofit entities, business owners, closely held businesses, limited liability companies, C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships.
She has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and joined Kraft in 2015.
