Kayla Dockery is a senior manager with the tax services team at KraftCPAs. She is responsible for coordinating and executing tax service engagements, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing and reviewing the work of other team members.
Kayla works extensively with individuals and business owners ― particularly partnerships and corporate entities ― to provide tax services such as planning, consulting, and preparation of returns.
Kayla has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting. She began her career in 2014 with Matheney Stees & Associates, which was acquired by Kraft in 2020.

Amy Poorman is a senior manager with the tax services team at KraftCPAs. She is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, as well as planning, managing, and fulfilling client engagements.
Amy provides tax compliance, consulting, planning, and research services for individuals and businesses. She has extensive experience with pass-through entities (partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations) in multiple industries including real estate and healthcare. In addition, she works closely with individuals and small businesses on tax and accounting matters including process improvements, planning, and consulting.
Amy began her career in public accounting with Matheney Stees & Associates (MSA) in 2006 and joined KraftCPAs in 2020 after MSA was acquired by KraftCPAs.

Ramona Scott is a senior manager in the client accounting and advisory services (CAAS) group at KraftCPAs PLLC. She focuses on providing accounting and tax services for construction, real estate, and small business clients in the Chattanooga region. She also has extensive experience providing audit and assurance services.
Ramona has more than 25 years of public accounting experience.

Spencer Mercer is a member-in-charge with the tax services team of KraftCPAs. He is responsible for the planning and oversight of operations at the firm’s Chattanooga location.
Spencer has extensive experience with tax research, planning, consulting, and compliance, including consulting on international tax matters at both the corporate and individual levels and assisting clients with corporate asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions. He works proactively with clients to develop an intimate understanding of their business and personal objectives to help them achieve their goals.
Spencer’s client base consists of individuals, corporations, and pass-through entities in a broad variety of industries, particularly manufacturing/wholesale/distribution (MWD) and construction.
Spencer began his career in public accounting with KraftCPAs in 2009.
