Chris Zotti is a senior manager with the KraftCPAs risk assurance and advisory services practice. His responsibilities include performing network security and vulnerability assessments, performing penetration tests, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, performing IT internal audit services, and planning, coordinating, and executing System and Organization Controls (SOC) attestation examinations.
Chris oversees IT internal audit and IT Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing for a client with assets in excess of $30 billion, as well as IT internal audit for the 12th largest public utility company in the United States. He manages several SOC 2 engagements, including a healthcare Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, a healthcare claims processor, and a cloud-computing and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) provider. In addition, Chris has international work experience in China and Singapore, where he has performed multiple SOC engagements.
Chris leads and manages Validated Assessments for clients pursuing HITRUST certification. In addition, he also oversees HIPAA Gap Assessment and Risk Analysis engagements.
Chris performs and manages technology consulting engagements including internal and external penetration testing. He is versed in many tools, including Nessus, Core Impact, and many other widely used freeware products. He also performs several network security assessments.
Prior to joining KraftCPAs, Chris was an intern at Deloitte Services LLP, where he assisted the U.S. firm’s controller in developing an enterprise-wide internal control manual. Additionally, Chris helped develop an organization-wide process workflow utilizing HTML for communication across multiple departments.
