Ronda has over 30 years experience in the accounting profession. Prior to joining KraftCPAs in 1987, she worked in accounting firms in Maryland and Texas, worked several years in private industry, as well as owned her own business providing bookkeeping and accounting services for small business clients. She presently serves as a member in entrepreneurial services.
Ronda graduated with highest honors from Nashville State Technical Institute in 1991 with an associate's degree in computer accounting technology. In December 1992, she graduated summa cum laude from Trevecca Nazarene College's MHR program with a bachelor's degree in management. Both degrees were obtained while working full time at KraftCPAs. She continues her professional education by attending at least 40 hours of continuing professional education each year.
Ronda specializes in providing a wide variety of services to closely held businesses and individual clients. She heads up the entrepreneurial services department at KraftCPAs. Her team of 18 professionals assists clients with traditional accounting and tax services as well as acts as trusted advisors by providing consulting services on accounting, tax and computer issues.
In addition, she works with KraftCPAs Business Growth Advisors to help clients build value in their business while enhancing their personal lives. This is particularly helpful during times of growth and financial challenges. She has been trained in group facilitation and performance management.
Ronda is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Nashville where she serves as treasurer. She also serves as treasurer of The Priority One Youth Foundation.
