In 1993 Vic became chief manager of KraftCPAs. He has been with the firm since beginning his career in 1982. Vic has been extensively involved in litigation support and business valuation. In this capacity he has provided financial analysis and consultation and is regarded as an adroit negotiator and expert witness.

Vic provides many consulting services for the firm's entrepreneurial clients. He assists in evaluating financing alternatives and proposed purchases or sales of business interests. He has assisted start-up entities in the development of business plans and helped existing entities evaluate the feasibility and ramifications of proposed business transactions.

Vic has experience with numerous clients in real estate and construction, printing, advertising, music industry, legal profession and venture or mezzanine funds.

Vic graduated from David Lipscomb College in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Each year he completes over 40 hours of continuing professional education. He has been Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).

He is a member of the American Institute, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and Institute of Management Accountants. He received the 2003 Public Service Award from the TSCPA. Vic is a past president of the Nashville Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. He has taught numerous seminars for the Tennessee Bar Association and the TSCPA.

Vic is a past chairman of the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy. He is on the board of advisors for David Lipscomb University Business School; chairman of the Nashville Youth About Business summer business camp advisory board; treasurer of the Tennessee Justice Center; member of the Governing Body of ATHENAPowerLinkŪ; board member of Saint Thomas Health Services Fund; past advisory council chairman of the Legal Aid Society; past board member of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce's Small and Entrepreneurial Business Advisory Board (SEBAB); past president of the Nashville City Club; past treasurer of the Center for Nonprofit Management; past vice chairman of Small Business for the Nashville Chamber of Commerce; past board member of the Nashville Chapter of the Tennessee Society of CPAs; past board of advisors member of the Belmont University School of Undergraduate Business Administration; past chairman of the St. Cecilia personal solicitation committee; past board member of Nashville Opportunities Industrialization Center, Inc.; past treasurer of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation; and past member of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Metro School Improvement Task Force. He was actively involved in the formation of the Center for Family Business at Belmont University and served on the Center's programs committee. Vic was also named to Nashville Business magazine's Top 40 under 40 list at age 38 and named by BusinessTN magazine as one of Tennessee's Finest Accountants in 2007, 2008 and 2009. He was named one of Accounting's Finest by Nashville Post magazine in 2010.
