Since its inception in 1958, KraftCPAs PLLC has become one of the largest independent certified public accounting firms in middle Tennessee. Founded by the late Joe Kraft, the firm presently has 17 members and a total staff of over 140 men and women, including approximately 60 CPAs. With offices in Nashville, Columbia and Lebanon the firm provides not only audit, tax, and accounting, but also a broad range of consulting services to meet our clients' growing needs.

Professional Affiliations
We are a member of the RSM McGladrey Network of independent accounting firms -- an association of large, local CPA firms located throughout the United States and in several international countries. Affiliation with the McGladrey Network provides KraftCPAs and our clients with the resources typical of an international firm while allowing us to maintain our autonomy and local identity.
Each of our members is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
The firm is a member of the Center for Public Company Audit Firms (CPCAF). Membership in the Center is voluntary and is evidence of the firm's commitment to maintain the highest level of quality control in the profession. To verify our compliance with Center standards, KraftCPAs submits to external peer reviews every three years as required by the Center for Public Company Audit Firms and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
