KraftCPAs has been named as one of the Best Accounting Firms to Work for in 2010. This is the third consecutive year the firm has won the award. The annual list of “Best Accounting Firms” was created by Accounting Today magazine and Best Companies Group. Companies from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work for. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.

KraftCPAs has been named one of "Nashville's Best Places to Work" in 2009 by the Nashville Business Journal. This year is the fourth, consecutive year our firm has received this award. KraftCPAs is the only CPA firm of our size (101 to 500 employees) to receive this honor in 2009. Winners included 35 companies from the middle Tennessee area. Research shows that firms with high employee satisfaction also experience high levels of client satisfaction, and we've found that equation to be true. The investment we make in creating a positive work environment for our team members results in high morale and low turnover, which in turn contribute to the quality service and personal attention our team members provide for our clients.
