This seminar will teach attendees the latest techniques for preparing EDGAR filings. It will have a section on current preparations of html filings and a software update for those filers. We will focus on the upcoming compliance with XBRL filings for EDGAR. What is XML, XBRL and how does it work is explored. We will conduct a walk through of current EDGAR XBRL documents and then do in-depth preparations of class examples using a user friendly web based xbrl markup application. Each attendee may prepare a XBRL test filing to submit to the SEC.
